Media Permission Clause

I hereby grant permission to Ausintec Academy/International Horse College and its representatives, including but not limited to staff, faculty, and authorized agents, to capture, record, and use my image, likeness, and voice for the purpose of media and promotional materials related to the Vocational Education and Training (VET) course in which I am enrolled. This includes, but is not limited to, photographs, videos, audio recordings, and written testimonials.

I understand that the media and promotional materials may be used for various purposes, including but not limited to:

1. Printed brochures, pamphlets, and flyers.
2. Electronic media, such as websites, social media platforms, and online advertisements.
3. Presentations, including slideshows and multimedia displays.
4. Press releases and media coverage.
5. Recruitment materials and campaigns.

I acknowledge that my image, likeness, and voice may be edited, reproduced, and distributed by Ausintec Academy/International Horse College for the aforementioned purposes without any compensation to me. I waive any rights, claims, or interests I may have in connection with the use of the media and promotional materials.

I understand that while Ausintec Academy/International Horse College will make reasonable efforts to control the distribution and use of the media and promotional materials, it cannot guarantee that third parties will not use or distribute them without permission. I release [Institution Name] from any liability or claims arising out of such unauthorized use or distribution.

I further acknowledge that granting this permission is voluntary, and I have the right to refuse or revoke it at any time. To revoke my permission, I will submit a written request via email to  admin@internationalhorsecollege.com clearly stating my intention to withdraw consent for the use of my image, likeness, and voice.
