• Use: Information is used to administer enrolments, deliver training services, issue qualifications, and meet reporting requirements under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011.
• Disclosure: Information may be disclosed to authorised organisations such as the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER), government training authorities, schools, and employers where applicable. Information will not be sold or provided to unauthorised third parties.
• Access and Correction: Individuals have the right to access their personal information, request corrections, and request that certain communications be discontinued.
• Security: All personal information is stored securely in password-protected systems or locked storage, with access limited to authorised personnel.
