Sometimes a job needs to be done on the property that I have no expertise in. I mean, even if I could put a roof on a stable or repair the hot water system, why would I want to? That is not my area of expertise and not my area of interest.
If you are a horse person, I am sure you will understand. Horses are the priority. They need to be happy, healthy with the correct amount of work and training. Students need my focus on their lessons and they need to run on time because they are busy people as well.

I agree, horse safety is the priority and my students require my complete attention. I could probably repair the roof myself but I would be unable to repair the hot water system. Therefore, I would firstly, advertise on my suburb's facebook page for local tradesmen.
I could not agree more. You have bought the horse so you must take priority and look after the horses well-being before you worry about any extras like that. It would be more safe to get an expert opinion on those types of things because you want it as safe as can be.

Yes I agree you horse should be your priority. However if that's your job you should just do it and get it done so you have more time for your horse ad can afford the thing he/she needs.
