We often associate motivation with physical energy.

A motivated rider is one who is up early and always rides, usually a number of horses.

A motivated instructor creates engaging lessons and continues to learn and improve their teaching skills

To balance this physical energy there must be thought and a period of quiet reflection and planning

A motivated rider/ instructor trainer will use this time to reflect on what worked well and how to incorporate this in their plans for the future
